This utility usually comes pre-installed on some HP computers. However, there are few versions that don't have this installed. If your computer is one of the affected ones, go to Start > My Computer > C:\ drive > SWSetup > wwanUtil > HPWWanInstall. From there, follow the steps provided by the wizard in order to complete the process. If you can't access the location mentioned, or if this is empty, visit the following support website, search for your computer and download the program.
