I have an error message on a file that is in the print queue. Don't know where the file came from : mhtml:mid://00000073/. I cannot delete it and I can't print anything. I bought this printer a year ago.

The easiest way to reset the Print Spooler is through the services menu. Go to Start > Run > services.msc then right click the Print Spooler and right click it. Use Restart and the file should start printing or it will give you a "not found" error.
