Registration is currently not possible because the official website where all the data and registration procedure was stored doesn't appear to be available anymore. Their domain expired, plus there is no way to get in touch with the developers. I've searched on various websites for different methods of contacting them but there isn't any.
If you still have SIMUAIR installed access the Help > About and maybe you'll find a phone number that you can use to call the developers.
