The Pocket Rocker unlocker was a custom application that allowed you to access hidden settings of the Pocket Rocket Player. Unfortunately, the software is not available anymore. Also, there is no possibility to transfer music as you have mentioned because the applications have nothing in common with music transferring. Yes, you can play music with Rocket Player, but that's it.
