Creating flowchart from data in a text file.

I want to generate a flowchart based on the data from a text file. Can I perform this task by running a command from DOS and how?

It seems that you can automatically generate a flowchart by importing the data from a text file. Micrografx FlowCharter is a program that is developed to easily create flowcharts. However, it can work only with IGT, AFT and PFT files. The data can't be imported from a text file because the application is designed to enter the data manually.
