I have just had my laptop hard drive replaced as the old one crashed and I lost the full version of Hawkeye program that I had purchased and all my birds information. I've reloaded the lite version, but it's asking me for a registration name and key but I cant remember what they are. How can I obtain the registration information?

Also, you can find the registration information on the e-mail address that you used for purchasing the product. After the purchase, you received an e-mail with this information. It's advised to look for that e-mail. If you can't find the e-mail nor connect to the client area, contact the developer.
