How do I get my volume up and down because buttons don't work from the side of my net 10 zte Android phone. It just quit working, and this is a brand new phone.
This indicates that it's actually a hardware problem. Since it's a new phone, you will have warranty service. However, go to Settings > Sound and adjust the sliders from that location. Make sure that the phone is not in mute mode.
