My text is printed with a black background for each letter. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, open the document you want to print, select Page Setup from the File menu and un-check the Print Background colors and images box. If this doesn't help, I suggest you factory reset your printer using the manual provided by the developer. Also, reinstall the printer drivers and software.
