Bluestacks won't instal on my PC. Can you help?

The message says "send your log file to support@bluestacks.com". My PC has 2GB RAM and no graphics card, but an Intel chipset.

Bluestacks required a dedicated graphics card to work better. These requirements are specified on the official website. If you use the built-in Intel chipset, you will encounter errors with games and applications.

However, try running the installation as Administrator, and make sure that you are connected to the computer during the installation and it will work. The other problem could be related to the package corruption. In this case, simply download a new package from its official website.
