If Bluestacks doesn't load correctly go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program and select it from the list. Proceed with the uninstall procedure only that you need to select Repair. Make sure to keep all your data. Perform the operation then restart the client. If it still not working, re-install it completely by downloading a new and updated copy from its official website.
