How do I find out what error 809 is and how to fix it?

This error appears when a game failed to close down properly and it's continuously running. Start Task Manager from the taskbar or press CTRL + Shift + Escape and locate any games that might be running. You can use the Description tab to identify the games. Close all the games down then restart Big Fish Game Manager and launch your game using the Play button.
