Problems sending mail through SMTP.

Now receiving error using server for trackers 8.3.0.0. The software worked before:

SMTP - Disconnected - Exception: Failure sending mail. POP3 – Disconnected

I recommend re-configuring the server and the POP3/SMTP settings. If the services are disconnected, then it means something is wrong with the client/server configuration. If you use an account in the application, remove the account and then add it again and double check the server settings. Additionally, configure the firewall to allow communication with the Internet. You can do this through the Windows Firewall.
