If you want to uninstall a program, just go to Control Panel and press uninstall. This will take approximately a few minutes depending on how large the size of the application or program that you are uninstalling. You can cancel the uninstall and keep the program if you change your mind. If you uninstalled something recently, you can recover it but you will need to turn off your computer for the progress to work.

Look at this webpage for more details if you are still stuck: http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Programs-(Windows-7)
Good luck anyways, :D

The easiest way is to use the sudo command. Open a Terminal and type mdfind -name "appname". Replace appname with keeper to look like mdfind -name "keeper". Once you find the application use sudo rm -rif PATH where PATH is the path on one line from the previous command and that's it. Use sudo rm -rif PATH for all the paths you find with mdfind.
