Information will not copy into Excel.

I have been using this program for about a year now, just recently I cannot get the information to copy/paste into Excel 2010. Is there a setting I have messed with or do I need the latest update?

You will need an update of the application because Excel 2010 is rather new. It's very possible that the application does not support this rather new version of Excel. Try to export the files to CSV format then import them into Excel using File > Open. It will work this way because Excel supports CSV file format.
