In order to fix the issue, uninstall the software again (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run CCleaner or Glary Utilities to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, right-click the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Sound, video and games controllers lists, right-click the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer and download and install the latest version of the software from the official web page (Downloads tab).
