In order to recover your pictures, you need to use the PC. There aren't any applications that you can use on your phone for this job. After you connected the tablet to a PC, a pop up should appear on its display. You should tap on it and allow the phone's memory to be detected by the PC. After you did this, use a program like Recuva to scan the internal memory of your tablet. You should be able to recover all your photos.
