I have downloaded and installed the application, but there was no support for Micromax phones. There is a search feature available, but Micromax phones were not found in the database. This means you will have to visit a local phone service shop to diagnose the problem, or send the phone to warranty service. I have used the first public release found through Google. You can access it through Google Search results.
