Most likely you have hit a maintenance spike because everything is working well. The Rapidgator website is working just fine. I was able to access and download files from it. Make sure that the firewall isn't preventing downloading from the known file sharing website. You can turn it off from Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn on or off the firewall.
