iAvenue 6.5.1.20 access over VPN.

I have a user who cannot launch iAvenue over corporate VPN. Could anyone assist on this?

If you have issues with the VPN connection, then I recommend on deleting the active connection and create it again. Make sure that the Firewall is configured properly to allow connections over a VPN session. It should work this way. If it doesn't, you might need to get in touch with the local system administrator. There also might has been a problem on the server side.
