I need a program to convert Excel files into LEDES 1998B files. Where can I obtain a download link for a program?

LEDES 1998b is a file format that is mostly ebilling standard in the legal industry. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a converter program that can transform Excel files into LEDES 1998b ones. It seems that you need to create these files either manually or by using a program that can export to the mentioned format. In order to find such software solution, you can use Google.

I have a solution for this. I have converted an excel fillable form that you can convert to ledes file easily.
