I have a Samsung Note 2 with a broken screen. I cannot back up the phone before I bring it to service because it has a lock pin. How can I overcome this problem?

There are a few ways to overcome this problem. The simplest method is to use a USB mouse on your device, unlock the phone, and enable the USB data connection. After you did this, you should be able to copy all your data from the device internal memory to your computer.

Another way to approach this problem, without using any additional devices (like a mouse) is to use Kies. You first need to have it installed on your PC. However, this will not work if you can't activate the application from your phone. To do this, visit the following website, log in with your account and unlock your phone. After this is done, connect the phone to the PC and back up your data.

Moborobo is a tool that has the ability to live stream your phone screen onto a PC. Visit its review page from Software Informer to obtain more information about the product and a download link.

Samsung kies can allow you to transfer data from your Samsung device to computer, it is one way to do.
Another way is using MobiKin assistant, it can support broken phone and backup the various data effectively.
