Look for a small whole where it says RESET. Insert a sharp pin and then press it while the tablet is opened. This operation should trigger the factory format. If it's not working, then the tablet needs to be sent to factory service or take it to your local service shop. I wouldn't advise working with custom tools to flash the firmware because you might "hard brick" it, turning the device unusable.
