Even if it's not specified on the official webpage, Adobe products beginning with Adobe CS3 are compatible with Windows 7. On the System Requirements page it said that CS3 isn't fully supported by Windows 7, but I had a few programs installed from that pack and it worked correctly. For more information access the system requirements page where all the requirements are displayed for all Adobe products.
To view JPEG files, you can use Adobe Lightroom or GIMP (if you want a free version).
