Can't see the pop-ups on my desktop.

We have installed the last version of the Alerter (1104). It runs when Windows starts. But I can not see the automatic pop-ups on my desktop when somebody registers an appointment online. What is happening?

The Alerter (1104) connects to another system which means you will have to check the connection. Open the application and access the configuration options. If I am correct, the application should allow you to configure server connection since it's a 3rd party application that reads notifications from somewhere else. Secondly, add the software to Window Firewall's exclusion list. It's also possible the problems are caused by firewall.
