There is an application available for Nokia phones called Joikuspot. It allows you to transform your mobile phone into a hotspot. Unfortunately, this phone doesn't have support for Joikuspot. You can't install it because it's not compatible. Therefore, streaming the Internet you have on phone through WiFi to the tablet is not and will never be possible.
