Connect the phone to PC through the USB cable then go to Menu > Settings > Wifi > Tethering and Hotspot> USB Tethering and enable this option. It will activate Data connection and enable Internet Streaming. The PC will acquire an IP address of the local network, connect to the Internet, and you will be able to browse.
