Compatibility of DocumentViewer with Windows 8.1.

Is there any version of DocumentViewer, Desktop Scan and Windows Retrieval compatible with Windows 8.1 x64?

Unfortunately, there is no version of the above mentioned applications that can work in Windows 8.1 x64. The problem is that there is no information about the applications. In this case, the apps are considered to be discontinued since their origin is practically unknown.
