RC Desk Pilot doesn't recognize my FS-i10 connected with the USB cable. It allows me only to calibrate the device, not to use it. Can you help?
Firstly, right-click the My Computer/Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manger. Select the FS-i10 device from the lists, right-click its driver and press Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the device again using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Launch RC Desk Pilot and check if it recognizes the device. If the device is not recognized, download and install the latest version of RC Desk Pilot and try again. Also, download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and DirectX 9.0c.
