The memory stick is locked, even if I know the correct password.

My wife confused the password and now the message : "drive locked" appears. I know the correct password, but I can no longer access the files. Can you help me?

To unlock the drive, you can use the utility from your computer. If you removed it after you locked the drive, you can download it from the official website. Open the USB Flash Security and go under Operation menu. From there select Disable. To do this, you need to have the USB drive connected to the computer.
