Connection via USB cable.

Question

Is it possible to connect my Samsung Tab 2 10.1 to a Windows PC via USB if the PC has an administrator controlled firewall and security system? I'd like to turn my Tab 2 into a 2nd monitor when I'm traveling, but I'm afraid to download the application just to realize the PC won't accept the tablet as a second monitor. Also, does anyone know exactly which type of USB cable I should be using if not just a regular data cable?

Yes. This product is capable of using your Samsung tablet as a second monitor for the computer. The connection between these two components it's done through WiFI. In order to make the connection possible between the two devices, you need to set up permissions / allow Firewall exceptions. To be noticed that you need to have both components connected to same network and you need to have the client installed on both devices (the PC and the tablet).
