When I put a USB Storage Device in my laptop, the antivirus that I have installed detect that there is a virus on the device. After I perform a cleaning action, and I eject the stick from the computer, I connect it to another computer with another antivirus software, the virus is again detected. How can I remove the virus from my computer / USB storage device?

There are some USB storage devices that have a default auto-run software solution detected as a threat by some antivirus programs. To be sure that this isn't your case, check the manufacturer's website to see if there is something mentioned about this.

If it isn't your case, be sure you have your antivirus software solution up-to-date at all times. After you performed an update, try to start a scanning process for the entire computer (USB drive included). If the virus is still found on another computer, try doing the same thing on that one. Also, download and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It is also a good idea to perform a full format of the USB drive, after you backed up your data from it.
