It's not possible to use the Internet from the Nokia Asha phone to your tablet. There is an application you can install to enable hotspot, but it will not work on your Nokia Asha. The name of the application is Joikuspot and it allows streaming the data connection to the surrounding WiFi devices. The tablet doesn't have support or drivers for the Nokia Asha phone.
