It also matters which Windows 7 edition you have. The Snipping Tool is not included in Windows 7 Home Basic and Windows 7 Starter.

Now you can use Snipping tool in Window 7 Home Basic
Window 7 Home Basic doesn't come with Snipping tool

It perfectly works on Window 7 Home Basic and you will enjoy it.

It work same as other Snipping Tool.

If you are not able to get this by given link search Jays XP Snipping tool.

I am also using this tool and it is working so good as other Snipping too,l which are not available in Window 7 Home Basic.

Try the free Capture ScreenShot lite. its free and available for any Windows version. (including XP)
