I can't find snipping tool in my Windows 7. I pressed "start" and typed "Snipping tool" in the search box, but nothing is displayed.

It also matters which Windows 7 edition you have. The Snipping Tool is not included in Windows 7 Home Basic and Windows 7 Starter.

You could also try and download this: http://www.sevenforums.com/attachments/software/3801d1233144645-snipping-tool-missing-snippingtool.zip

Get free Capture ScreenShot lite. It is clone of the MS Snipping tool and additionally has the direct print function:

For Window 7 user, click the Window start button at the lower left corner and click All Program and on the drop down manual look for Accessories, click that and you should find the Snipping Tool in the drop down manual.
