I own a Sony Video DCR-TRV340 NTSC camera recorder. I want to transfer from my camera (tape) to my computer. I have Windows 7 and the installation disc is not compatible.

There is no driver or software for Windows 7. The only way to transcode the tapes is through a capture device. You will need to buy one from Amazon or NewEGG in order to achieve this.
