The DVD won't play. I keep getting a crash report.

I keep getting a crash report for my DVD player. How do I get it to work again? I just downloaded version 1.1.12 but I'm still getting the problem.

Try to install another set of codecs then play the file again. Most likely, the problem is caused by the built-in codecs. You can use the application's page at Software Informer to download a codec pack.

Thank you for your advice.

I have installed the codec pack and I am still having problems.

Sometimes there is a message "error while transferring to FTP server."
