How can I type English and Arabic in Formtec Label?

I am using Formtec software for making labels. But now I need both English and Arabic on the same label. How can I can do this?

You need to install Arabic support for your keyboard before you can type in Arabic. Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional Settings > Keyboards. Press Add and select Arabic. Then you can change from English to Arabic and vice versa using Left Alt + Left Shift. In Formtec Label, select the font you want to type in (Arabic recommended) and switch the input.

My keyboard already enabled with Arabic language since I'm using it a lot with my typing apps. I have formtec design pro 7 and I want to create labels with Arabi writing and it keep showing me symbols when I alter the language to Arabic how to solve this
