How can I type English and Arabic in Formtec Label?

I am using Formtec software for making labels. But now I need both English and Arabic on the same label. How can I can do this?

You need to install Arabic support for your keyboard before you can type in Arabic. Go to Start > Control Panel > Regional Settings > Keyboards. Press Add and select Arabic. Then you can change from English to Arabic and vice versa using Left Alt + Left Shift. In Formtec Label, select the font you want to type in (Arabic recommended) and switch the input.

Hi My keyboard already enabled with Arabic language since I'm using it a lot with my typing apps. I have formtec design pro 7 and I want to create labels with Arabi writing and it keep showing me symbols when I alter the language to Arabic how to solve this
