Can't open LifeFrame.

After a year of using Asus laptop: I've rarely used LifeFrame3 until last night, when I accidentally hit FN +V buttons. I heard the shutter sound of my webcam, but I can't open my LifeFrame. Nothing appeared after clicking LifeFrame and there were no images in picture folder too. How can I use LifeFrame or what kind of problem did I have?

Firstly, you need to press the same buttons or at least figure what that combination means. It's possible that the combination is related to app prevention or something related to locking. Press the buttons again then attempt to start LifeFrame again. If it doesn't work, uninstall it and re-install it by download the LifeFrame again from the official website.
