In order to move files from a program version to another you need to save these files in another folder. Uninstall the software go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program. After the uninstalling is complete, open the setup file of the latest version and start the installation process. Next, go to the folder where you moved the files, select all can copy them (Ctrl+X) > open IBM Lotus Organizer folder and paste them (Ctrl+V).
