Yes it does, provided it is installed to C:\Program Files (x86), and not to it's default root directory.

   I have the Organizer 6.1 CD. How do I reinstall it on my Windows 10 machine and use the old files?

yes, it also runs on my backyard. Just in case you would like to know. by the way, is that lotus, the excel-like program in the old era? i dont know it's still usable now. however, good luck to you. why not just use the free office like libreoffice or apache open office?

Lotus 1-2-3 - Spreadsheet - works fine on Windows 10.
Lotus WordPro - Word processing - also works fine on Windows 10

Load the CD, then Find the MSI filetype and select it.

Be patient, the initiallization can take a few minutes and there's no status/progress bar on the installer I used.
