You can use 3D Max to design objects to the maximum quality and Maya to perform the animations. These applications are very expensive and require advanced knowledge to perform fluid animations and create quality designs. However, there are thousands of tutorials you can find on Google to get you started.
To perform scene/object rendering, try using V-ray.
