SD card cannot be read by WhatsApp.

I am using Windows 7 32 bit. I have used Bluestack's Whatsapp for 1 month in my PC. I couldn't change or send any pictures. So after 1 month ,I took a backup of the Data.fs file alone and re-installed the Bluestacks. After installation I replaced the new file with my old file. Now my contacts and chat history are fine, but I can't play or download or view any audio, video, image files. It shows "Cannot download because No SD card is available. Please insert your SD card or unmount it as a disk drive and try again." I want the contacts and chat history to remain and all type of files working in my whatsapp itself. Is there any way to fix this?

You can use WinImage to access the content of the Data.FS file. Download the application and install it, then use it to locate and open the FS file. You will have the possibility to extract the contents of the virtual SD card.

Thank you, Stephen, Actually I forgot to mention my need in my question.I want to use whatsapp in my pc in usual way by playing all files, with my old chats and contacts.Can you please help me for this?
