Can you tell me how to find and put the IMEI number?

If you're using an Android or Windows Phone device, all you need to do is to dial *`#06#`. If you have an iPhone, you will need to go to Settings > General > About**:

After you find the IMEI, you will need to type it in the provided field in the registration window. However, the Wassapp servers seem to be down and you may have problems using the utility.
