Dongle problem in Ecglab.

Our stress test system is Meigaoyi Ecglab Treadmill 3.0. Because of a hard drive problem, we had to change hard disk and install Treadmill 3 & Sentinel 5.41.1 system driver dongle again, but unfortunately the error "Hardware key not present" appears when we run Treadmill Ecglab application. When the USB red dongle attaches in USB port the system will recognizes the dongle as "Usb rainbow superPro".

The error you receive and the way it's recognized on the PC indicates that you have installed a wrong version of the driver for the dongle. I recommend going to the Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Locate the dongle device and right click it. Choose uninstall and reboot the computer.

After this procedure, you will have to install the driver again. PLug the USB, then use the Computer to browse to the driver. Right click it, select Explore then locate the correct version of the driver and install it. Reboot the PC again and it should be recognized properly.
