To see a full list of installed programs on your computer, you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows 7). However, all the updates installed for the Eclipse software can be viewed by opening the software and going to Help menu > Installation details > Installed software. If you want to install additional updates, you can click on the Update button from the same page. The software will automatically search for available add-ons.
