If you delete the employee using the standard procedure, you can't use its ID with a new user account because it is not deleted permanently. The program allows you to reactivate its account. In order to delete it permanently, select the user you want to remove, click the Delete button and check the Old employees (
) box. Select the user from the old list and click again the Delete option. After that, close the window, click the Add button, enter the new employee name, code, card number and follow the on screen instructions.
