Every biometric device has its own configuration software which is mostly found on the support CD that arrives with your product. You can either find this software in your Start menu > All Programs section or in the Control panel. Also on the support CD there are manuals available on how to diagnose and troubleshoot this type of situations. Connect the device to the computer and use its software to reset the password or the configured settings.
