A friend of mine is still in my contact list on iPhone but has disappeared on my Viber account. Does this mean they have deleted or deactivated their Viber?
Yes, if the contact has disappeared from your Viber friends, it means that the Viber application doesn't detect it to have the application installed anymore. It could be uninstalled or deactivated. You can't tell for sure.
