My Micromax A57 Ninja 3.0 crashes while changing the wallpaper. It's getting automatically on and off for every 5 minutes. Also, the touch screen is not working and I can't open the screen lock even. I switched it off and I took away the battery many times without success. I tried every thing that I can do, but it's not working. I've lost my friends phone numbers and I'm unable to open Whatsapp. What can I do?

In order to fix the issues, I suggest you perform a factory reset. Turn off the device, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons and wait the Android logo with exclamation mark to appear. From the reset menu select Wipe data/factory reset using the volume keys and press Power to confirm the process.
